Children are a gift from the Lord and Our Savior’s Children ministry is
blessed to partner with parents in ministering to their children. The highlight
and focus of our Children’s Ministry happens on Sunday Mornings.
Birth – 5 years
A professionally staffed nursery is provided every Sunday morning from
8:30-till the end of the last worship service for children birth to two years old.
Sunday School: Age appropriate small group classes are provided for
children 2-4 from 9:45-10:45 that focus on partnering with parents to help
teach children that
-God loves me
-God made me
-Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
K-5th Grade:
Each week children grades K-5th along with their parents participate in
KidStuf at 9:45am. Our KidStuf production is filled with high energy music
and drama and so much more that involves both parents and their kids sure
to cause them to laugh and have a fun time. After KidStuf is over the kids go
to small group time with dedicated adults for deeper look at the virtue of the
month. Each month a virtue connected with a story from the Bible, helps kids
to learn:
- I need to make the wise choice
- I can trust God no matter what
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Kids Own Worship
During the 11:00 worship service a special worship time is set aside for the
children ages 4-6. Children are invited during the service to join members of
the children’s ministry team for a message geared towards their age group
during the sermon time.
